3. Shipping
Shipping is carried out via FedEx courier service.
Estimated production and delivery times are listed on the product page.
For first-time purchases, shipping may be free, when explicitly stated.
4. Order Tracking
After shipment, the customer will receive tracking information via email.
5. Returns and Refunds
Products are eligible for return or refund only if they are in their original packaging, in undamaged commercial condition, and without visible signs of use, washing, damage, or contamination.
Preservation of labels and original packaging is mandatory for accepting returns or claims.
6. Custom-Made (Print-on-Demand) Products
Products that are custom-made or produced specifically after an order is placed (print-on-demand) are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the following cases:
Proven manufacturing defects
Printing errors caused by the seller
Receipt of an incorrect product compared to the placed order
In such cases, the costs of re-production and re-shipping are covered by the seller.
